Our Expertise

David Prince and Joanne Kinslor are both accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as specialists in immigration law and have combined experience of more than 30 years in this complex field of Australian administrative law.

Our experience means we can provide advice, formulate strategies and advocate for clients using our technical expertise as well as our practical knowledge. We often find solutions for difficult cases. We have also found successful pathways for cases where visa applicants have previously been given flawed advice or inadequate representation.

Accredited immigration specialists are regulated by the Law Society NSW. To become an Accredited Specialist in immigration a solicitor must complete a minimum of five years of practice with extensive experience in immigration law. They are then required to undertake rigorous oral and written examinations. To maintain their accreditation they must undertake additional on-going training above that required of other solicitors.

Choosing to be represented by Kinslor Prince Lawyers means that you will be assisted by two of Australia’s top immigration experts.

Immigration Law Review
Kinslor Prince Lawyers has established Immigration Law Review (ILR) to assist practitioners to keep up to date with legislative changes in the field of Australian immigration law. ILR documents amendments to the Migration Act 1958, the Migration Regulations 1994 and the Australian Citizenship Act 2007 and provides summaries and analysis of legislative amendments by specialist immigration legal practitioners and other relevant experts.
