Our Expertise

Accredited Specialists

Kinslor Prince Lawyers are one of very few firms in Australia with three solicitors accredited as specialists in immigration law.

To become accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of New South Wales a solicitor must have extensive experience of the practice of immigration law over several years and peer recognition of their work in the field.

Accredited specialists must pass a rigorous examination process covering legal knowledge, analytical ability and practical skills. The examination process includes a written exam, oral assessment and mock file. To maintain accreditation solicitors must undertake additional professional development than solicitors who are not accredited specialists.
