At Kinslor Prince Lawyers David’s work has been particularly focused upon complex Partner Visa applications, Protection Visa cases, and character decisions under s 501 of the Migration Act 1958. He appears in the Administrative Review Tribunal and instructs counsel in immigration law matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court and the Federal Court of Australia.
