Not all representation is equal.

Mr Singh applied for a Partner visa in 2012. Eight years, three Tribunal hearings and multiple court cases later Kinslor Prince Lawyers successfully argued that his case had not been properly decided. The Federal Court of Australia accepted that, even when considering Mr Singh’s case for the third time, the Tribunal “simply forgot to deal with evidence”. You can read the Federal Court judgement here: Singh v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs [2021] FCA 755 (6 July 2021).

Mr Singh’s case was complicated. The longer it continued and the more decisions he received the more complicated his case became. Kinslor Prince Lawyers are one of few firms in Australia who were able to assist Mr Singh because of our expertise at all levels of decision-making and our willingness to put in the work required for challenging cases.

Mr Singh’s case was discussed in an article by Frank Brennan.
